    Some key points here, cumulative strategy which combines organic search and social media, is a good way forward. Very interesting read and I agree delivering personalized content and customer service is the right way to be able to close the deal. Personalizing is hands down one easy way to make an impact on social. I spend 10 to 20 minutes 1-2 times daily responding to individuals on Twitter by name. Simple “thank you’s” with a name adds a personalized touch, and I find my account popping up on scores of top engager lists these days….and yep, we know the importance of engagement on social these days.
